We will always provide an estimated delivery time for every transfer you request, and the vast majority of transactions will be completed in this time. However, please be aware of possible reasons for delays in delivering your funds:
- A required verification has not been completed: if we need to verify your VoPay account, we will let you know when you are setting up your profile, or soon thereafter via email. Please make sure to use your correct email address and phone contact details.
- After we pay the transfer out to your recipient it takes one to two working days to reach your recipient’s bank. Please note that sometimes the recipient bank's internal processing procedures can also delay the transfer.
